Redbrick Solutions announce latest release of award winning conveyancing case management

Redbrick SolutionsRedbrick Solutions have announced the release of the latest version of their award-winning case management solution. The launch of the 24th version of Redbrick Practice Management includes a number of enhancements, functionality and new integration to benefit clients and assist them in offering quality legal services.

The new features include:

  • eDRS Enhancements: The eDRS integration will now allow firms to set up templates with defaults set for specific application types. By allowing firms to create templates, Redbrick can significantly reduce data entry time by having pre-defined types and also increase accuracy.
  • Coadjute Integration: Integration with Coadjute allows Redbrick to receive instructions from the Coadjute system as well as performing milestone updates when completing tasks. This new partnership will save clients time and energy dealing with administrative tasks and chasing for updates.
  • Instructions / Quotes via the portal: Redbrick have introduced the ability to collect out of hours new instructions or quote requests either via redirect or embedded in your website. This allows firms who do not have an out of hours quoting system to put in place an automated process.
  • Portal Customisation: Enhancements to the tracking portal now allows each firm to specify which parts of the portal they want their clients to see.
  • Task Assignment Enhancement: New functionality to Task Assignment will enhance the usability and value of this feature, these include additional fields and conditional logic.
  • Diary Type and Reminder on Diary Triggered Actions: The diary triggered action setup has been extended to now allow the user to select the appointment type and set a reminder on it.

As part of Redbrick Solutions unique business model, existing clients will automatically receive the latest version of Redbrick Practice Management at no extra cost. The Redbrick team will also provide support and training as part of the per matter transaction fee.
