PSG  have further strengthened their senior management team with the announcement that Richard Dawson has joined as group managing director. Richard replaces Andrea Glover, who has been with PSG for 17 years and remains with the company as an executive director, providing continuity and strategic support to the Group.
PSG is a leading supplier of search reports for conveyancing solicitors, offering a high quality and personalised service to its clients via its franchise network of experienced conveyancing professionals. PSG launched in 1997 and has 48 offices throughout England and Wales, offering a comprehensive range of search products that are an essential part of the conveyancing process.
Richard joins PSG with an impressive track record in business. He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG in London in 1995, then moved into corporate finance with Bank of Scotland, advising businesses on strategy and M&A activity. He managed the flotation of a technology and media business in 2000, then joined Stagecoach Theatre Arts to help develop their franchise operations and launch into North America. He was group managing director of Stagecoach before joining PSG.

Richard will be supported by existing directors, Stephen Murray, Adele Sagar and Andrew Sagar and assumes overall responsibility for the Group, which includes PSG Franchising, PSG Energy and PSG Financial Services.
