PracticeEvolve announce Client Success Programme to increase client’s competency in software

PracticeEvolve Group, incorporating Linetime and SOS, have announced the recruitment of a team of Client Success Consultants in response to enhancing software competency.

The Client Success Consultants are just one of a number of initiatives from the forward-thinking group. With whole system pricing, the group are pro-actively planning for firms wanting to establish an in-depth knowledge of the system, at all times. The CSC’s are in addition to our Professional Services Teams with a role designed to ensure firms are making the most of the software, for an increased return on investment.

David Boland, CEO of PracticeEvolve Group comments, “While similar to the conventional Account Manager roles, the CSCs are not sales driven in any way. Instead, their sole purpose is to ensure firms are accessing all functionality and resources available to them. Research shows businesses tend to only use up to 40% of their systems so firms are often spending time and resource employing additional software without knowing our software already offers a solution. Assigning CSC’s to our clients will help firms realise the full potential of PracticeEvolve, Linetime and SOS.”

David continues, “We have a very clear strategy to ensure we are the future for law firms and the CSC’s are a fundamental part of it in line with our Pathway to the Cloud. It’s all part of us taking responsibility to deliver evolving software but with an unparalleled commitment to service”.

Philip Culbert, Head of Professional Services across PracticeEvolve Group comments, “The CSC team is fundamental to the future success of law firms and will work alongside our professional services team who will focus on training, product development and continual service enhancement. Our ambition is for the CSC’s to engage users with the services we provide, offering advice and guidance, arranging bespoke training plans with clients and ensuring clients’ competency within the product is constantly being reviewed and renewed.”

Philip adds, “As a group of companies, we’re determined to demonstrate our commitment to law firms and work alongside them to deliver the best products, a great user experience and an unparalleled commitment to service. We believe the introduction of CSC’s, our native Cloud offering and other elements we are currently developing, including a learning platform for users, will stand us apart from a market that right now needs a much better level of service. Clearly, this will be a team that will grow in numbers but we’re delighted to have recruited our initial team, especially in a fiercely competitive job market.”
