The new feature brings the Perfect Portal new business journey directly into InfoTrack, allowing firms to access existing Perfect Portal leads and create new ones from within InfoTrack, while keeping new business information connected between the two systems.
Managing new business from InfoTrack
For firms using both Perfect Portal and InfoTrack, managing new business has traditionally meant moving between two systems. Perfect Portal in InfoTrack provides another way to access the Perfect Portal new business journey while teams are already working in InfoTrack.
A ‘Perfect Portal’ dashboard is available from the top navigation within InfoTrack, where teams can view their existing Perfect Portal leads and access up-to-date new business information.
Firms can also create a new lead directly from InfoTrack using the same Perfect Portal process they are already familiar with. Once created, the lead opens in a full-screen overview, giving teams a clearer view of the information they need to manage it.
As the lead progresses, firms can continue to manage their new business through Perfect Portal before moving into their usual Case Management System once the lead converts.
Keeping information connected
The feature is designed to reduce unnecessary movement between systems and the need to manually move information from one place to another.
Teams working in InfoTrack can access the latest Perfect Portal lead information, while those working directly in Perfect Portal continue to manage the same new business journey.
The feature doesn’t replace the existing Perfect Portal setup. Fee scales, automations, branding, reporting, dashboards and other new business settings continue to be managed through Perfect Portal.
There are also no additional fees for using Perfect Portal in InfoTrack.

The feature follows feedback from firms using both Perfect Portal and InfoTrack, who were managing one new business journey across two separate systems.
Rather than asking firms to change the technology they already use, Perfect Portal in InfoTrack brings the Perfect Portal new business process into the place where teams are already working.
