Mark joins Peppermint Technology  as director of operations with responsibility for service delivery, development, test, product management and customer support.
As a result of the continued growth that Peppermint is experiencing, this role has been created to strategically direct management across the company’s operational functions which will enable the business to scale effectively and meet demand for the Peppermint Platform.
Mark’s vision for the role is to ensure the Peppermint Team continues to develop and deliver industry leading products and services of high quality on time and budget.
Mark brings 30 years’ experience of delivering software solutions in customer focused organisations across multiple market sectors including: CRM, salesforce automation and payment and billing systems in telecommunications. He believes the key to providing an exceptional customer experience is to have a thorough understanding of and to deliver, ‘what good looks like’ from a customer’s perspective.
