Multi-service law firm, Parity Legal, first opened their doors in July 2019 with a team of three that has rapidly increased to eighteen talented individuals, with a view to increase further. The heightened pressure that was faced during the pandemic did not slow down their growing business, aided by the valued support from Redbrick Solutions.

Parity Legal wanted to source a flexible and customisable case management system that enabled them to meet compliance standards with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Their plan to grow the business meant that they needed support to allow them to implement certain key steps in a workflow to maintain high quality standards. The award winning Redbrick Practice Management provides a platform to support the firm’s growth whilst monitoring compliance and risk, which is of key importance to the practice. In addition, Redbrick’s unique per transaction business model allows the firm to monitor cashflow and provides the benefit to pass the fee on as a disbursement.

Roney Thankey, Director of Parity Legal comments,

“Here at Parity Legal we needed a case management system to support our growth and Redbrick Solutions has offered this and more. We have benefitted from many features including, creating our own workflows for different areas of law, using the effective client login facilities, creating bespoke reports, along with the training and outstanding support.

We have been assigned a fantastic account manager in Sam Jones. Sam is an asset to Redbrick and really cares about her clients, she always goes above and beyond to try and achieve what we are trying to do to improve efficiency.”
