Renowned full-service regional powerhouse Paris Smith LLP have chosen Linetime’s Liberate to provide their firm-wide practice [2] and case management solution [3]. Marking its 200th year in practice, Paris Smith has grown into one of the largest regional firms in Central Southern England. Based in landmark offices in Southampton and Winchester, the firm’s 43 partners employ over 200 staff in total.

After a diligent and exhaustive selection process, coupled with feedback from firms already benefitting through the use of Liberate, the firm identified Liberate as the solution to elevate their efficiency and productivity. Management were particularly drawn to Liberate’s seamless combination of accounts, case management and CRM [4], which will enable the firm to take full advantage of its information and knowledge base without the need for expensive and time-consuming integration projects.

Having a single source of the truth will not only improve the accessibility of the data but will also maintain the quality and reliability. This is seen as a huge advantage in this era of GDPR, risk and compliance.

The firm provides a wide range of services from agriculture, charities and education to corporate advice and banking. It was regarded as essential that these different areas of work could have their own independent way of working whilst at the same time taking advantage of a centralised system. Liberate will provide an efficient and uniform structure to promote standard methods and disciplines but will also give specialist departments ‘room to breathe’.

Edward Power, Technology Partner at Paris Smith said: “We are delighted to have selected Linetime’s Liberate and are excited about the benefits Liberate offers to both our staff and the service we offer our clients”.

Phil Snee, Development Director at Linetime said. “Linetime welcomes Paris Smith and this new relationship is further acknowledgement of the power and flexibility of the Liberate system. We are looking forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with Paris Smith.”
