In the spirit of spring-cleaning, CILEx Regulation [1] has relaunched its corporate website. The website address – www.cilexregulation.org.uk [2] – remains the same and you will be able to access the same documents and resources as you could on the old site. But the new one aims to be cleaner, fresher, more user-friendly and more accessible.
All CILEx Regulation staff have been involved in this exciting project and we’ve listened to feedback from consumer panels, CILEx members and CILEx Authorised Entities in order to make the following key improvements:
- Easier navigation arranged by purpose of site visit
- Less content, presented in a more concise and visual way
- Enhanced Search function and a Resource Library of the most-used CILEx Regulation documents
- Browsealoud functionality to widen access to content
The structure of the site supports our strategy of being focused on the consumer, standards and diversity and accessibility. The site will continue to be developed based on user requirements and we are currently exploring a Chatbot facility.
