Osprey Approach’s integration with Coadjute’s blockchain network goes live

Osprey ApproachLeading independent software provider Osprey Approach is delighted to announce that its integration with Coadjute, the blockchain network for the UK property market, which aims to halve the time it takes to move home, has gone live.

The integration, which was launched to Osprey Approach’s clients at a webinar last week, means that Osprey’s clients can seamlessly connect to Coadjute’s network. Coadjute is designed to transform the slow, complex, and costly process of property transactions by enabling conveyancers and estate agents involved in the process to synchronise activities and updates in real-time, and securely share instant messages.

Chris Pucci, CEO at Osprey Approach said: We are incredibly excited that Osprey Approach is one of the first legal software providers to launch our integration with Coadjute’s transformative property network. The conveyancing sector is ripe for modernisation – and digitisation is much needed to ease the process for all involved. A study has shown that half of recent homebuyers found the process of buying a property more stressful than they anticipated. This reflects the LawTech report which found that around 130 documents and 300 messages and emails are created and exchanged between lawyers and third parties when buying or selling a property.

“The Coadjute solution brings together all the parties involved in the conveyancing process, saving them time and money, and this integration ensures that our clients have access to a modern and connected platform to manage their property transactions.”

Dan Salmons, CEO at Coadjute and one of the guest speakers at the webinar, said: – “Currently, the UK property market comprises different professionals – from lawyers to estate agents – who are operating independently of one another, and it is this fragmentation which makes buying and selling property a slow, stressful, complex, and unreliable process.

“Coadjute’s revolutionary technology brings together everyone involved in a transaction, improving communication, and speeding up the process. As a result, for the first time all parties involved in a property deal can track the live progress of the transaction from start to finish.

“Through its integration with Coadjute, Osprey’s clients can share data and messages using the fast, secure connectivity of the Coadjute Network from within their existing legal platform. It could not be easier to benefit from digitisation, whilst cutting costs and saving admin time.

“We are delighted that the much-respected team at Osprey Approach has fully integrated with Coadjute,” he added.
