Osprey Approach launches Autumn webinar series

Legal software provider Osprey Approach is delighted to announce the launch of a four-part webinar series designed to help SME law firms identify and implement good business habits to achieve their long-term goals.

Each of the webinars will provide delegates with insights and views covering four key mindsets, namely, the benefits of a digital operational strategy; how to manage client communication and expectations; continuous improvement for long term success; and, how to attract and retain good employees.

The Build Better Habits webinar series, which is free to attend, has confirmed speakers from leading industry bodies and law firms including Coadjute, InfoTrack, The Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM), Legal Practice Management (LPM), and more.

The first webinar – Think Digital-First – will explore the benefits of utilising legal technology and what it means to have a truly digital operational strategy. Amy Bruce, Osprey Approach’s marketing manager, will be joined by guest speakers Dave Ricketts, head of marketing at Quiss, Alex Simons, new business manager at The Law Factory, and Cecile Papin, partner lead at Coadjute, for a lively discussion around the concept of Anywhere Operations; the habits needed to think digital-first; the benefits to both employees and clients; and the digital future of law firms.

Amy Bruce said: – “To remain competitive, modern law firms need to implement successful business habits and streamline their legal operations. To enable them to do so, we believe that law firms should adopt four key mindsets and our webinar series will explore each one in turn, drawing on the experience and knowledge of our guest speakers operating across the legal industry.”
