Each of the webinars will provide delegates with insights and views covering four key mindsets, namely, the benefits of a digital operational strategy; how to manage client communication and expectations; continuous improvement for long term success; and, how to attract and retain good employees.
The Build Better Habits webinar series, which is free to attend, has confirmed speakers from leading industry bodies and law firms including Coadjute, InfoTrack, The Institute of Legal Finance & Management (ILFM), Legal Practice Management (LPM), and more.
The first webinar – Think Digital-First – will explore the benefits of utilising legal technology and what it means to have a truly digital operational strategy.
