New look and feel for Lender Exchange

Decision First will shortly launch a new look and feel for its Lender Exchange website [1]. The changes aim to make the interaction between law firms and lenders more intuitive, whilst improving the security of the website.

Justin Parkinson, managing director of Decision First explains the rationale behind the change; “For the last three years, Lender Exchange has been mainly concerned with information relating to panel applications and ongoing lender panel management.  The new look and feel is the next step in allowing us to release new features and functions that give conveyancers greater flexibility and enhanced interaction with lenders and other third parties linked to conveyancing transactions.

Having already released the new User Interface to a selection of firms as a pilot, we’ve gathered feedback which was very positive, we’re now ready to make this new user interface the ‘norm’.

Whilst everyone using Lender Exchange has been able to access the new screens for the past few months (and still can by clicking on the ‘Try it Now’ button at the top right of the main Lender Exchange login screen), we’re delighted to announce that we’ll be replacing the old login screens from Monday 22nd January.”

The old login screens that firms have become used to over the last 3 years are being replaced with screens that are easy to navigate and direct users to the features/services they need access to.  The new screens will also allow law firms to access all the current Lender Exchange services (including HSBC Mortgage Instructions via Lender Exchange) using one website, although different logins will still need to be maintained.

From the morning of Tuesday 23rd, when accessing the main Lender Exchange website firms will be automatically directed to the new screens and whilst there is an obvious difference in the look and feel to access Lender Exchange, the credentials used remain unchanged.
