Cat Farrow: new Head of Stakeholder Engagement, CILEx Regulation

CILEx Regulation Limited (CRL) will welcome Cat Farrow as its new head of stakeholder engagement on 9 April 2019. Cat joins CRL from HM Courts & Tribunals Service, where she had a senior design and communications role in a new video hearings service.

Cat has significant experience in engaging and collaborating with consumers, the public and the legal profession. She will drive CRL’s engagement strategy to support the delivery of the Board’s strategic focus on consumers, standards and diversity and accessibility. Reporting to the CEO, Helen Whiteman, Cat will strengthen the knowledge and skills of the senior management team.

Speaking about her new role, Cat said:

“I’m delighted to be joining CILEx Regulation and look forward to establishing strong two-way engagement with their many stakeholders. As well as a background in consumer engagement, I have a particular interest in diversity and inclusion and look forward to working with the team to progress this important work.”

As well as varied roles in the Ministry of Justice, Cat has experience in financial services regulation and in the heritage sector.
