Launched in August 2017, Manchester’s newest conveyancing firm LPL have partnered with Hoowla to enable them to provide a fast, efficient and modern service to their clients using Hoowla’s case management software.

Many of the features that Hoowla’s case management software provides ‘out of the box’ were what initially interested LPL, but with no charges for software changes Hoowla and LPL have worked closely to deliver a tailor-made case management system to LPL’s exact specifications.
An important feature within the case management software was the ability for clients to interact with LPL at a time to suit them. Clients can log in and view the progress of their case, request updates, fill in client questionnaires and sign and submit forms securely to improve the transaction time and save on the cost of posting information back and forth.
Another important factor for LPL in choosing Hoowla was their full Quill integration which allows LPL to keep their accounts up to date through Hoowla.
