NAHL Group’s personal injury legal firm, National Accident Law, is celebrating its second-year anniversary with some key milestones that see the business well placed to grow as the ‘whiplash reforms’ come into effect.

National Accident Law was founded in April 2019. Leveraging 27 years’ experience from sister-company, National Accident Helpline, the firm has grown considerably and now has over 100 employees in its team.

Recent legislative changes, such as the ‘whiplash reforms’, has provided National Accident Law with an opportunity to introduce new systems, including new call centre technologies, as well as an enhanced digital customer journey and triage processing capabilities. As such, it will be well equipped to process whiplash claims when these reforms come into effect on 31st May.

Adam Nabozny, National Accident Law’s Managing Director, is very proud of the achievements that have been made in creating an end-to-end legal services firm:

“Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, thanks to our flexible approach, we’ve continued to deliver on our vision to set new and modern standards for personal injury law.

We’re now entering a new and exciting growth phase in line with the upcoming reforms. Since the start of the year we’ve been handling the majority of new RTA claims ourselves and are preparing to take on more non-road traffic claims, including small claims, in the not too distant future.”

Reflecting its commitment to cutting out unnecessary paperwork for customers, National Accident Law offers customers a bespoke online platform for case management. Its customer-facing documents and processes have also been designed to make the claims process both efficient and straightforward.

Through its Learning Academy, National Accident Law continues to invest and develop new and existing talent, offering coaching and mentoring programmes and a range of apprenticeships.
