Moneypenny is hosting an exclusive seminar for the legal sector in partnership with Professor Ian Cooper next week (Tuesday, 26 June).
The event, being held at Moneypenny’s head office, will help law firms learn how to convert telephone enquiries into profitable business.
It follows the success of a series of talks which Moneypenny and Professor Ian Cooper held in partnership together last year in Manchester, Birmingham and London.
Claire Smith, head of business development at Moneypenny, commented: “The events last year were a tremendous success and we’ve received many requests to run them again. Almost every firm misses new business opportunities and the pressure is on more than ever to convert enquiries into clients. As a result we are seeing an increasing number of law firms looking for ways to enhance their service and maximise the number of leads that they are converting. Professor Cooper’s reports offer a fantastic insight into the common mistakes made, as well as the strategies that will influence a prospective client to actively choose your firm so we are delighted to be hosting this event to help those in the legal field learn more about how to boost profits.”
This year, Claire will also be discussing the impact of Live Chat. In particular, sharing valuable insight into how it is helping law firms win new business by engaging with web visitors, and the ways in which Live Chat is setting them apart from their competition.
Professor Cooper is Britain’s most experienced specialist in helping legal firms turn more of their telephone enquiries into business and is the author of the ‘Financial Times Guide to Business Development’, as well as another 15 books published in 56 countries.
During the event, Professor Cooper will discuss his astounding findings and provide delegates with practical tips on how to dramatically increase their conversion rate of new enquiries into lucrative clients.
The talk – ‘Learn how to turn new enquiries into profitable business’ – will take place at Moneypenny, Western Gateway, Wrexham LL13 7ZB on Tuesday, June 26, from 9am-12pm.
