Nicola Anthony has joined Miller’s [1] growing UK Professions team as a dedicated Risk & Compliance Manager.
Bringing a wealth of experience, Nicola will provide comprehensive risk management support and innovative risk transfer solutions primarily to top 250 global law firms and other large professional firms.

Before joining Miller, Nicola worked for a global insurance broker providing risk management support and guidance to top 100 law firms. Previous to that Nicola was a Regulatory Supervision Manager at the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC). She was also a member of the Legal Sector Affinity Group and attended meetings which discussed the implementation and transposition of the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and the Legal Sector Guidance that followed.
Her experience allows her to inform clients on key risk areas such as Anti Money Laundering and Cyber Security and other emerging risks, as well as working with clients to ensure they remain compliant with the latest regulations affecting the financial and professional sectors.
Nicola will be working alongside Ed Pickard and Tim Jackson. Ed leads Miller’s UK Professional Risks team after joining in May 2019, with his hire forming a key part of Miller’s strategy to redefine insurance for large law firms.
