Metamorph Law Limited, an alternative business structure (ABS) has adopted Lexis® Visualfiles™ as its legal workflow and case management solution of choice provided by LexisNexis® Enterprise Solutions [1]. The solution will drive efficiencies, improve service levels and provide a superior customer experience.
Metamorph Law, deployed the Visualfiles platform in four months from project initiation to go-live. The ABS chose Visualfiles for its rapid adaptability, scalability and proven reputation as being the platform of choice for any organisation that wants to maximise efficiencies through the use of workflow and automation tools.
Immediately, the residential conveyancing and probate practices of the recently acquired SLC Solicitors (a national property management law firm); and Linder Myers, (a personal and business legal services provider); are transitioning on to the Visualfiles platform using pre-built Visualfiles Accelerators for Conveyancing and Probate. The Accelerators are best practice workflows built on an Application Framework that simplifies and speeds up the creation of business solutions within the Visualfiles platform.
Ultimately, all law firms acquired by Metamorph Law will adopt Visualfiles. This will enable the ABS to standardise business processes, achieve a consistent look and feel and deliver a uniform experience to clients across the individual law firms in the group.
