Flick has extensive experience of scale up and growth strategies both organically and through M&A, having worked for 25 years leading high performing teams in “buy and build” environments as a CEO leading some of the UK’s fastest growing telecommunication and technology businesses.

By comparing draft documents against established contract principles set out in a contract playbook and checklist, tailored to each company’s contracting terms, the AiLa assistant marks up and instantly classifies clauses as Red, Amber or Green.
