Linetime welcome leading commercial practice Tughans Solicitors as a new client

LinetimeLinetime is very pleased to welcome leading commercial practice Tughans Solicitors as a client to the every-growing community of Liberate System users.

After undergoing a detailed analysis of the market, followed by a focused due diligence process, Tughans selected Linetime Liberate which offered a proven and flexible solution that would help improve efficiency and customer service levels across the whole business.

Other important factors that guided the decision included finding a solution which could integrate with the existing iManage DMS and Intapp time recording. Liberate ticked all the boxes, but the approach to converting data from the existing system secured the decision.

Tughans’ Partner Adrian O’Connell (Contracts & Technology) explains “We were impressed by Linetime’s approach to data migration, taking control of the whole conversion process from start to finish rather than putting the reliance on our team or a third party to prepare the data in advance. The fact that Linetime had also converted from the Axxia system many times previously also gave us additional confidence.”

David Boland, the new CEO at Linetime added, “We are extremely pleased to welcome such a prominent firm as Tughans to the Linetime client base and look forward to helping them achieve their goals for improving operational efficiency and customer service.”

Mr Boland goes on to say, “Tughans Solicitors joins a raft of other significant firms that collectively help us continually improve Liberate to meet the evolving requirements in this key business sector and reinforces it as the solution of choice for similar profile firms.”

Tughans is a leading law firm who was recently named as the Legal 500 Northern Ireland Law Firm of the year 2020 and has topped the Experian Deal and Advisor League Table five years in in a row. Tughans offers a full-service commercial practice and are the legal service provider of choice for Northern Ireland’s leading businesses and public sector bodies.
