LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions exceeds 2013 half year sales target

LexisNexis® Enterprise Solutions [1] (www.lexisnexis-es.co.uk [2]), a leading provider of content and technology solutions, today announced that the organisation has exceeded its ambitious sales targets for the first half of 2013. The division is also up 41 per cent in sales over the corresponding period in 2012.

“This success is the result of the significant investment and rapid enhancements we are making in our product lines to ensure that they truly deliver business value to customers at a time when legal services providers are adjusting to changing market conditions,” said Guy Phillips, Sales Director, LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions. “We made some strategic decisions last year that have borne fruit not just for our organisation, but for our customers as well. We are delighted with the outcome and are grateful for the customer support and co-operation we have received. 2013 is set to be a great year, we are excited about the future.”

The increased investment for product development in legal workflow and case management system Lexis Visualfiles, has culminated in major customer wins including Digby Brown LLP, Trinity Claims and the London Borough of Merton; alongside further investment by two corporate clients. Existing customers have extended the use of Visualfiles too – Bott & Co is an example of a firm that has used the solution to launch a new business, Bott Aviation. Already, Visualfiles is the case management system with the largest installed base of more than 25,000 registered users in the UK.

LexisNexis Enterprise Solutions is seeing significant interest in Nimbus (codename), the enterprise-level business management system for the legal sector powered by Microsoft Dynamics® AX. The division has achieved its target of securing three more early adopters in the first half of this year, taking the total number of early adopters to six. The core Nimbus team has been strengthened and comprises a product director, a new head of product development alongside specialists in finance, time and billing, business intelligence, HR, data and integration. All the team members have extensive law firm experience.

CRM solution Lexis InterAction continues its winning streak, expanding its market share across Europe with large firm wins in Central and Eastern Europe, Finland and Luxembourg. InterAction has also made inroads into new verticals such as a government bank and professional services companies.
