Law Firms can achieve partial GDPR compliance simply by being hosted with DPS Software [1]. This follows DPS being recertified with the ISO 27001:2013 accreditation, which they have held for six years.
The accreditation means that firms hosted by DPS will automatically satisfy a number of data security requirement implemented by GDPR as they already meet ISO standards.
ISO 27001:2013 is the international standard of best practices when it comes to Information Security and having passed the British Standards Institutes assessment yet again, DPS have shown that their Information Security procedures are amongst the best in the industry, giving law firms extra confidence in the security of their data and GDPR compliance.
