DPS Software’s [1] users discovered what the future holds for their software and also how to get the most out of it at their latest User Group Meeting. The UGM, DPS Live 2019, took place on Thursday 13th June and received some great feedback from those that attended.
“It was extremely useful” said Tomina Zhugleva, from the legal department at London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, whilst Phillip Dimond, of Clarke & Sons Solicitors added “it was a fantastic day. It was a great help and answers a lot of questions”.
The day contained a number of presentations from DPS staff where users were shown little known and upcoming features in DPS that would add great value to those in attendance. Amongst these were discussions about Multi Factor Authentication and GDPR, and also regarding DPS Software’s client portal solution, mylegalspace.
Osman Ismail, Managing Director of DPS Software said, “these events are always a great opportunity for us and our clients to get together and discuss the future of our software. It’s important not only for us to show our users what’s coming and how to get better use of their software, but also for us to listen to their feedback and see where they want us to take them.”
Amongst the presentations during the day was the topic of the DPS Hub, where users are able to log in online and access training courses, with short video guides to the software; access past webinars; download updates and also speak with other users in the forum.
DPS users were very impressed with the service, with Nick Ellin, Practice Director of Macdonald Oates enthusing, “What a super website full of some great content”, before adding about DPS Live, “Great to see all the DPS staff again. Thank you for hosting an informative day, DPS. It was really appreciated”.
Overall, the feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with the event achieving an NPS score of +42. Nigel Walter of BWH Legal, said, “It was a grand day out learning about bits of the DPS System I wasn’t aware of”, while Lindsay Wright, from JPC Law stated, “It was a good opportunity to get a fresh look and hear other users input and questions”.
