Landmark shortlisted for Modern Law Awards 17/18

Landmark Information GroupLandmark Information [1] has been announced as a finalist in the 2017/2018 Eclipse Proclaim Modern Law Awards.   Now in its fifth year, the awards were launched to celebrate and identify talent and success in entrepreneurship, market development, business management and best practice in the modern legal services arena.

Landmark is delighted to have been shortlisted for the award’s Innovation of the Year category, for the work it has done in helping to modernise the search process by delivering an enhanced view of potential risks or hazards relating to a property or site via a digitally-mapped viewer. Landmark’s online portal provides legal conveyancers with the ability to provide clients with a more interactive service as a result.

The interactive digital viewer has been extremely well received – the portal arms conveyancers with the tools needed to quickly interpret the data with confidence, and for the first time, means the information can be directly shared with clients for viewing on a desktop PC, tablet device or smartphone.

Confirms Rob Phillipson, Sales & Product Director at Landmark Information: “With consumers today purchasing, accessing and viewing various products, services and information online, digitising the conveyancing process is the next natural step.    Landmark is therefore proud to be supporting solicitors by introducing digital analysis that enables them to provide next generation client care, and we are delighted to be recognised at the Modern Law Awards.”

The exclusive awards offer a unique and timely opportunity to celebrate not only innovative business leaders, but those changing the face of business strategy and development, regulation management and client care throughout the organisation – for both short and long-term gain.

The winners will be announced on 18th January 2018 at the Lancaster Hotel in London: https://www.modernlawawards.co.uk/shortlist2017-18 [2]
