Landmark Information, the property, land and environmental data specialist, has been shortlisted for the Conveyancing Award at this year’s LegalEx 2019 Expo.
The event, which is UK’s leading event for business growth, professional development and cyber security in the legal sector, takes place on 27th and 28th March at London’s Excel venue and brings together legal professionals to review the latest products, software and services to modernise legal services firms.
The LegalEx Awards recognise the outstanding tools, products, and services that have made a significant impact on the legal sector. Three awards are presented by a panel of judges who will determine the winners of the Innovation Award, the Practice Efficiency Award and the Conveyancing Award. The judges will visit each nominee’s stand, giving them the chance to pitch their product or service and explain the reasons why they should be crowned as winners.
Chris Loaring, Head of Legal, Landmark Information said: “We are delighted that Landmark has been selected as one of the finalists for the Conveyancing Award at this year’s LegalEx. These awards aim to recognise the outstanding services that are making a positive impact on the day-to-day operations of legal services firms, and we are delighted to have been shortlisted for our role in helping conveyancing professionals to simplify their search packs.”
Landmark Information provides a comprehensive suite of environmental and planning due diligence search reports to property solicitors and conveyancers, for both residential and commercial property transactions. Landmark’s RiskView all-in-one reports assess 12 individual risks and include an online mapped viewer so any potential hazards can be visually assessed. This enables homebuyers to make more informed decisions or undertake further investigations ahead of a transaction completing, should a risk be flagged.
