Landmark Information, the environment, land and property data specialists, has been announced as a finalist in the ‘Innovation’ category in the 2017 Eclipse Proclaim Modern Law Conveyancing Awards.
Landmark has been shortlisted in recognition of its work in creating a brand new way for conveyancers and homebuyers to be able to view and interpret environmental risks. Its RiskView Residential, PlanSearch, Homecheck Flood and LandSearch reports now provide an interactive viewing tool that displays potential risks on a digital map, in addition to the detailed PDF report.
The Eclipse Proclaim Modern Law Conveyancing Awards are designed to celebrate talent, success and innovation in conveyancing. They recognise those taking the lead in innovating to find unique solutions for the industry and its clients. The winners will be chosen by an esteemed Judging Panel, who have been selected based on their knowledge and experience of the industry. Winners will be announced in July.
Rob Phillipson, Sales and Product Director at Landmark Information said: “With consumers today purchasing, accessing and viewing various products, services and information online, digitising the conveyancing process is the next natural step. The introduction of our online digital viewer has been extremely well received, as it provides a clear and easy-to-understand view of environmental risks, such as flooding, relating to a specific property address.”
