The nationwide firm was set up in 2000 by Nik Ellis and operates from its head office in the north west. Nik explained to us that because 90% of their business comes from recommendations they have relatively low advertising costs which allows them to invest heavily in IT and staff training. The firm have become swift and efficient specialists processing a high volume of instructions every month. They have built an API which allows any claims management system to connect to their IT system aiding speed, accuracy and efficiency of both instructions and reports.
