JLT Specialty [1] (JLT), the specialist insurance broker and risk consultant, has appointed Hayley Tennant as Partner within the Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Insurance practice.
Hayley has 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, and brings with her knowledge and technical legal perspective from her background as an M&A lawyer and underwriter.
She joins from Allied World Assurance Company where she was Vice President, Mergers & Acquisitions with a remit of underwriting global deals and leading a team of underwriters. Prior to this, Hayley was a corporate finance solicitor at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP advising on a wide range of transactions in the insurance sector.
JLT’s M&A Insurance practice focuses on private M&A transactions with teams based in Europe, Asia and North America. In her new role, Hayley will look to drive new business growth across Europe – particularly within the legal and private equity space.
