The law firm recently appointed seasoned conveyancer Angela Hesketh (CILEX) as head of property in a bid to strengthen and grow the company’s conveyancing proposition. Angela’s priority is for her team to deliver customer service excellence, calling on the experienced team to differentiate the business through transparent procedures and effective customer communication.
QualitySolicitors Jackson Canter now conducts all commercial and residential searches through SearchFlow, including environmental, infrastructure, ground stability and flood. This enables QualitySolicitors Jackson Canter to provide customers with fully compliant due diligent searches during the property transaction.
Angela explains: “Offering the best service to our customers is our number one priority. We put a strategy in place and, as we were in need of a more efficient service from our search provider, this was the first thing we looked at changing.”
