Pioneering Lancaster-based legal service provider, Lawthority, has selected Peppermint Technology’s [1] integrated cloud software solution to empower the delivery of its legal process outsourcing services.
Lawthority chief financial officer, Andrew Neal, says the organisation is bringing a new business approach to the legal service market, which allows lawyers to focus on practising law.
“Unfortunately, most lawyers have to spend much of their time on administrative duties, client prospecting and HR management, rather than focusing on the needs of the client. We reduce that burden by delivering customer and business development and legal process outsourcing services so they can operate efficiently and provide better outcomes for their clients.”
Neal says Lawthority’s value proposition is based on automating repetitive legal processes and the Peppermint CX platform was the natural choice to service this requirement.
