Following a decision to cease the outsourcing of policy administration and claims software development, ARAG [1] has strengthened its IT department with a software developer and two report developers.
As a result of the change, Kostas Tsarouchis has been recruited as a Software Developer and both Kah Liang Khoo and Reddy Bomma join as Reports Developers.
Udoyon Bhaduri, Software Development Manager says “The growth of the company and increased real-time demands has led to us reducing our dependence on out-sourcing, and instead developing a specialist in-house team for our bespoke systems and MI requirements. The addition of Kostas, Khoo and Reddy allows us increased flexibility and control to develop products and efficient systems, which are closer in line with business needs.”
