Online conveyancing platform provider Hoowla has partnered with the leading provider of data-driven property searches, OneSearch Direct, to deliver a seamless search ordering experience for customers.

The integration allows OneSearch Direct property searches to be ordered directly through Hoowla and, once processed, automatically delivered back into Hoowla’s online platform. Customers are alerted and can easily distribute searches to their clients electronically.

The partnership with OneSearch Direct provides even more choice for law firms already using Hoowla, to manage their conveyancing cases and help speed up the ordering and return of searches.

Adam Curtis, CEO of Hoowla, said: “We are excited to announce our partnership with OneSearch Direct, which benefits our current clients and enhances the features in Hoowla. Our goal is to deliver accessible and affordable technology to the conveyancing industry and provide tools and services that help law firms manage workloads, process more conveyancing transactions and provide great experiences for their clients.”

Kris Clark, business and data development manager at OneSearch Direct, said: “Our new integration with Hoowla is another step in our journey to make data more accessible to property professionals. Hoowla’s team have reviewed the entire conveyancing process from a fresh perspective and built a platform that delivers real efficiencies and savings to its users.

“We look forward to developing our relationship with Hoowla, and collaborating on new tools and services powered by OneSearch’s proprietary datasets.”

Hoowla, a new entrant into the conveyancing software market, has already gained a number of high street solicitors as clients using the platform in the first part of this year. Hoowla provides tools for conveyancers to progress cases, manage workloads and allows all parties in a transaction to view up-to-date information, improving communication and collaboration and help manage customer expectations.

OneSearch Direct is a leading property information organisation and the largest local authority data search company in the UK, providing conveyancing search reports to solicitors nationwide.
