To facilitate its ambitious goals, the practice has selected the Proclaim Practice Management solution to replace their incumbent system. Eclipse will conduct a conversion of case and accounting data into Proclaim.
Proclaim will be rolled out to over 100 members of staff to streamline processes across multiple business functions including industrial disease, lasting power of attorney, personal injury, conveyancing and legal accounting.
For conveyancing work the firm will utilise integrations with the Land Registry Business Gateway (LRBG) for property enquiries and Legal Bricks – which allows conveyancing searches to be requested directly through Proclaim, enabling a more efficient service for clients.
In addition Heptonstalls is implementing SecureDocs, the online self-service solution to enhance client communications by enabling secure electronic document viewing and signing.
