Future Climate Info announces senior management changes

“We are the original experts, now all working as one within the business. We want to give our clients more in terms of quality of advice and support”

Future Climate Info, the innovative environmental reports provider for property transactions, has today announced some key changes in the senior management team.

Geoff Offen, Tom Plews and the CLS Group founded the company exactly 5 years ago to offer simpler, more accurate and better value environmental reports to residential and commercial conveyancers. In this time he and the team have built strong market share growth and launched innovative new products that have led the market.

Geoff has now been promoted as Chairman to oversee the next phase in the evolution of the business. This phase will be marked by a strong focus on our data interpretation, professional calibre and client relations.

“This is a very exciting time for FCI as we continue a strong period of growth and attract the best talent in the environmental reports market “said Geoff “We are the original experts, now all working as one within the business. There is no better combination of expertise in the market. All our long standing personal reputations are embedded in our products.”

“It has been a privilege to see how the market has responded to our offering: concise, clear reports with no technical jargon and providing solutions to keep a transaction moving. But we want to give our clients more in terms of quality of advice and support. “

In response to this, Tim Champney becomes Managing Director to drive forward clear programmes to accelerate our commercial and consultancy services and ongoing product development.

“We are taking professionalism and innovation in the environmental reports industry to a new level.”

Tim is a Chartered member of CIWEM and came from a background with another large environmental data and services provider before joining FCI earlier this year.

“We are regulated by RICS, have one of the few Specialists in Land Condition (SiLC) in the UK and combine technical and insured solutions, with our professional acumen through memberships with CIWEM and IEMA. This is already a powerful combination “said Tim.

“As part of the CLS Group, we will be further leveraging our already deep relationships with law firms, while taking professionalism and innovation in the environmental reports industry to a new level.”

All of the existing management team remain in their current roles. There will be further announcements on key appointments in the expanding business development team shortly.
