Manchester‑based personal injury firm Express Solicitors has announced a significant round of promotions across multiple departments, underscoring its commitment to structured career progression and sustained investment in its people.
Following a year of rapid expansion – including the acquisitions of Aegis Legal, Recovery Assist and Smooth Law / Sorrymate – the firm continues to strengthen its workforce and reinforce the defined development pathways that support colleagues at every stage of their careers.

As many as 71 staff members have been promoted across the Express Solicitors group in varying departments. In Ontime Reports, part of the wider group and part of the overall total, 15 employees have been promoted.

Among those promoted are five new Principal Partners, one new department head and 12 new Partners.

Eleven employees have become Senior Associate Solicitors, two others are now at Senior Associate level, there are seven new Associate Solicitors, and 11 staff have risen to Associate level.
The trainee total stands at 34 currently which includes two trainee costs lawyers, nine trainee CILEX lawyers and the rest trainee solicitors. Three new legal apprentices have been added to the team so all routes to qualification have been developed this year.
Various other promotions were confirmed within the HR team, the New Client Team and the Marketing & Communications team along with other departments both legal and non-legal.
