Luke Ettenfield-Nann
Express Solicitors [1] has appointed Luke Ettenfield‑Nann as its new Director of Mergers & Acquisitions, strengthening the firm’s strategic growth capabilities during a period of significant expansion.
Luke joins with more than seven years’ experience advising on mid‑market M&A transactions across Telecoms, IT and SaaS, with deal values ranging from £10m to £80m+. His background spans both advisory and in‑house M&A, combining end‑to‑end sell‑side execution with buy‑side strategic analysis, valuation and integration planning.
In his previous role as Associate Director at Knight Corporate Finance, Luke led multiple concurrent sell‑side mandates, managing valuation, positioning, buyer engagement and negotiation through to completion. His transaction experience includes cross‑border private equity deals, founder‑led exits and strategic disposals. Earlier in his career, Luke held M&A roles at TalkTalk, FRP Advisory and EY, building expertise in financial modelling, due diligence, deal structuring and stakeholder management.
Luke is a Chartered Accountant (ICAS) and Chartered Manager (CMI), holding an MLaw from the University of Northumbria and a First Class BA (Hons) in Business Management.
In his new role at Express Solicitors, Luke will lead the firm’s M&A pipeline execution and strategic growth initiatives, reporting directly to CEO James Maxey.
