Background to WillSuite

WillSuite is a cloud-based legal document drafting software, as well as a fully fledged CRM/CMS system. The platform includes all the necessary features and functionality to run a private client practice or department efficiently and in a cost effective manner. WillSuite was founded in late 2015 by Seb Shakh, and would later go on to be endorsed and promoted by The Society of Will Writers, a relationship that continues to this day. Since then, the software has become the provider of choice for the Institute of Professional Willwriters. With an ever-growing team, continual user feedback, and constant innovation, WillSuite remains at the cutting edge of the industry in terms of legal tech.

How have we been helping our users?

Covid-19 made for a sudden halt to normal business practice, resulting in many businesses having to work from home. In response to this change, we built two crucial functionalities into the system. First of these being the print bind and send feature, which gave practitioners a reliable solution to office administration. As a forward thinking organisation, we already had an integration with Zoom to automate and speed up the scheduling of appointments that has become a crucial part of many people’s business. Naturally, we offer all of our users support and training at every stage, whether they’re onboarding or longtime users looking to make full use of WillSuite’s functionality.

What can WillSuite do?

WillSuite offers users a full legal document drafting software solution, which includes both simple and complex wills, LPAs, will-based trusts, lifetime trusts (through TrustSuite), letters of wishes, SEV forms, and more. Included with this is our comprehensive and customisable CRM system, enabling you to track and automate your customer journeys to save time and speed up communication.

Users are also loving our inbuilt invoicing tool, with card payment integration, they love our appointment scheduling tool and they love the flexibility of the user permissions within the system. Not only that but the auditing features, and logs combined with our filtering capability make the platform a great choice for any forward thinking practice looking for growth.

What’s next for WillSuite?

We’re currently in the closed beta stage of our Love Legal integration, a client facing portal called Connect. This exciting new addition to the platform will provide a simple and effective way for our users to interact with their clients. Users can request clients to fill out an address book, approve and sign documents, book appointments based on user schedules, create custom questionnaires, upload proof of identity, assets and liabilities and more. We also have a fantastic electronic signature tool meaning you can get terms of business signed and returned in minutes.

Although it’s currently only in the beta stages, we’ve received excellent feedback. A majority of this feedback has noted how Connect has reduced administration time and assisted in the drafting process, particularly with client information errors. This feature will be launching imminently and we’re inviting practitioners onto demonstrations to see the system for themselves.

Feel free to get in touch with a member of the team and If you’d like to try WillSuite for yourself, you can trial the software free for 14 days.
