In a drive to further enhance client service, Williams & Co will benefit from Proclaim’s inbuilt integration with Outlook, ensuring all correspondence is recorded and allocated to the correct client matter.
Furthermore, Proclaim will enable staff to find and extract information with ease, whilst its diary and task management facility will link to case activities to provide fee earners with automated reminders, ensuring important events and dates are not overlooked.
