Founded by Robert Dundas in 1985 and based in the busy County town of Maidstone, this local firm of solicitors quickly established itself as a dynamic and capable deliverer of quality customer care and legal services.
In 1994 Colin Duce joined the already established and successful firm, and by doing so developed and established the Conveyancing department which now forms the principal base of Dundas and Duce. In 2001 Mark Sayers joined the firm and expanded the firm's private client services to include Will writing and Probate services. Dundas & Duce now provide Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Private Client services throughout Kent and the surrounding area.
Dundas and Duce started to use Redbrick Practice Management in just the Conveyancing department, but it soon became clear that the solution was delivering tangible benefits of speed, efficiency, and user-friendliness that would benefit the other teams. They have gone on to implement Redbrick Practice Management in the Probate department, as well as Business Intelligence for their accounts and management reporting, with great success.
As a result, they are able to address the needs and concerns of their clients, in particular speed and transparency. All of their data is now stored in one central place and is easily accessible so whether it’s a client on the phone, an enquiry into a historical matter or an audit review they know they can have their hands on all the information they need within seconds.
