King will succeed Stuart Pearce who has announced his intentions to leave the company at year-end to pursue other interests. “The Company has made marked progress under Stuart’s leadership,” said Cartwright. “He guided us to a significant increase in profitability and provided effective stewardship during a period of market transition. He oversaw the launch of a number of new initiatives, the expansion of our existing product lines and our entry into new markets. Stuart has positioned us well for future success — we are grateful to him for his many contributions.”
