Legal firms needing to bolster their conveyancing operations can now turn to SearchFlow for help. The Searches Outsource Service Team, known as the SOS Team, is on hand to provide additional resource for the entire search order process.
“The SOS Team can support solicitors in a number of ways,” explains SearchFlow managing director, Greg Bryce. “Whether it’s to cover staff who are on holiday or to provide additional resource to support business growth, the SOS Team will work with solicitors to provide a seamless service to their clients. Solicitors working with the SOS Team will be allocated a dedicated team member to work specifically for their firm. This means their search ordering and delivery will be managed entirely on their behalf. This bespoke service enables firms to choose how much or how little involvement the SOS Team has throughout the process. The SOS service is available for a small administration fee per property.
