The SRA’s new approach to continuing competence [1] came into effect Nov 1.
Under the SRA’s new approach to CPD, solicitors are no longer required to record 16 CPD hours. They are now required to:
- Reflect on their practice to identify learning and development needs
- Plan how to address those needs and knowledge gaps
- Record and evaluate those activities

1. Train your staff on CPD changes
