Conveyancing Liability Solutions Limited (CLS) is pleased to announce the launch of TitleChecker®, an innovative new title interrogation report that examines Land Registry records and the relevant sections of the CML Handbook Part 1 and Part 2. TitleChecker® automates the task of reviewing a title and produces a report to identify elements that require attention or further investigation, in a clear and digestible format.
Each TitleChecker® report includes the Official Copy of Register of Title from the Land Registry (OC1) and initially will be offered free with a ChancelCheck® search until 15th June 2013. TitleChecker® has been developed with the support of the CML to create a unique report that not only aids conveyancers, but assists in fraud prevention for lenders.

Where issues are identified and the lender permits them to be resolved through title insurance, TitleChecker® includes a “recommended products” page from CLS’s ConveySure® suite of residential and commercial title insurance policies. Each TitleChecker® also includes a unique Voucher Code which applies a 20% discount to all insurance policies related to that transaction.
