Boyletts Law opened on 1 September 2020, shortly after the the country had come out of the first lockdown. Despite opening during one of the toughest times both economically and emotionally, the firm is ahead of target and is going from strength to strength.

Director Kim Boylett, who achieved the Highly Commended Private Client Lawyer of the Year Award at the prestigious CILEx National Law Awards in 2019, puts the firm’s success down to a relentless commitment to her clients and embracing technology in these challenging times.

The firm has taken everything that works about a traditional law firm and brought it into the modern era. As well as providing a traditional service the firm has been extremely flexible in how it communicates with clients, including meeting with clients virtually since day one. It also provides the options of a fully online probate service and a partially online Will service.

Furthermore, it has embraced the recent move by the Government to introduce the witnessing of Wills remotely and has a robust and efficient process to assist clients who require video witnessing of their Wills during the coronavirus pandemic.

Company Director and Founder Kim Boylett said:

Our ethos is to ensure we always put our clients’ needs first. We pride ourselves on our outstanding client care, and we also know that in these unprecedented times we need to give our clients as many ways to communicate with us as possible. It has never been harder for clients to meet their lawyer face to face and the importance of technology has never been greater so we have embraced it head on to ensure our clients can get the help they need. We have continued to follow the rapid change in digital legal services and consider ourselves at the forefront of changes in technology and in the way in which law firms are providing legal services. This enables us to provide our clients with the balance of professional and regulated legal services in a modern and digitally advanced way.”

“We really did not know what to expect when we opened at the beginning of September last year, and we knew that the first year was always going to be hard, especially with the country moving into tiered restrictions and then back into full lockdown. But the reaction we have had from the local community has been extremely positive, and it has been a pleasure to be able to help so many people from Sawbridgeworth, Harlow, Bishop’s Stortford and further afield.”

Boyletts Law [2] is a traditional law firm with a modern approach that prides itself on its outstanding customer service and use of technology to meet its clients’ needs and provide a more efficient, accessible, and professional service.
