As part of its commitment to delivering high-quality legal services, CEL Solicitors is recruiting a wide range of appointments to bolster its litigation offering.

The roles include a director of litigation, a head of litigation, and a civil litigation solicitor, to enhance the firm’s capabilities across a range of complex legal areas.

The Liverpool based law firm currently handles cases including housing disrepair claims, tenancy deposit disputes, professional negligence, commercial litigation, personal injury, and insurance disputes in addition to its fraud and scam offering and cryptocurrency tracing services.

This latest recruitment drive reflects the firm’s dedication to standing up for individuals facing legal challenges, often against large opponents.

Jessica Hampson, CEL Solicitors’ CEO, commented:

“Our litigation team plays a critical role in our mission to deliver justice for clients across the country. These new roles are a response to increased demand and reflect our focus on continuing to build an impressive legal team here in Liverpool.”

Strategic hiring across departments

In addition to bolstering its litigation department, CEL Solicitors is also actively recruiting for its fraud department, with new paralegal positions available. These appointments are intended to support the firm’s growing caseload in fraud-related matters over recent months.

To ensure regulatory excellence and to support its expanding team, CEL Solicitors is also seeking a Deputy COLP (Compliance Officer for Legal Practice) / compliance solicitor. This role is crucial to upholding the firm’s high standards of regulatory compliance and ethical practice as it scales.
