The residential team and their clients also benefit from the online document portal, with two factor authentication, to securely upload documents and updates pertaining to the matter for clients to review at their leisure. Clients are also able to electronically sign and securely upload any documents that need returning to the firm. The secure online portal has provided Bennett Oakley with the tools to provide high level of service and the firm have found this to be a key feature clients look for when sourcing a firm to act for them.
