Automatically collect reviews with DPS Software – ReviewSolicitors Integration

DPS SoftwareLaw firms can now collect client reviews automatically through their DPS Software Case Management System, not only on completion of the matter, but also during the matter – a first in the market.

Users taking advantage of the integration can expect better reviews as using both end-of-matter review collection and pre-matter email checks has shown to increase the percentage of 5-star reviews by 18%.

DUAL-collection means that firms can automatically send clients periodic emails throughout the matter to check that the service being provided by the fee earner is up to the client’s expectations and the matter is progressing as expected.

Osman Ismail, Managing Director at DPS Software, said: “Our partnership with ReviewSolicitors continues to enhance the DPS Software offering. We strive to provide our clients with use of the latest technology and our partnership with ReviewSolicitors delivers on this. DPS clients have the option to harness the latest review technology from ReviewSolicitors, capturing vital client reviews in a way that is a seamless part of their DPS case management workflow.”

Michael Hanney, co-founder of ReviewSolicitors comments: “It is exciting times for ReviewSolicitors and our new enhanced integration with DPS pushes further the boundaries of collecting and showcasing client reviews in the legal market. We are excited to be working closely with DPS and their clients in regard to offering a seamless way for clients using DPS to collect reviews.”

Legal Practitioners can see the integration for themselves in a joint webinar between DPS Software and ReviewSolicitors, ‘Enhancing the Client Journey in a Socially Distanced World’, which is being held on Thursday 9th July 2020 at 11am.
