Leading legal expenses insurance and assistance provider ARAG has appointed Heather Wilmot to the position of Claims Operations Manager. In this newly created role, Heather will be responsible for the operational management of both Before-the-Event and After-the-Event claims functions.
Focusing on the customer experience, Heather will ensure that ARAG’s award-winning claims teams continue to deliver the market-leading service on which the company’s success has been built.

Heather has risen through the ranks of ARAG’s claims department, during nearly 12 years of service with the company, though she took her first claims role in the legal expenses insurance sector almost 15 years ago.
