AFG LAW Select CTS’ Managed Cloud Solution

CTSCTS, the only provider of cloud and managed IT services purely dedicated to the UK & Irish legal sector, has been selected by North West-based AFG LAW, to provide their Managed Cloud solution and fully Managed Support wrap-around service.

For over 120 years, AFG LAW’s specialist team of solicitors have been providing expert legal advice and services to both individual and commercial clients across many different areas of law, including property matters, family law, wills and probate, criminal defence, dispute resolution and more. With three offices in Bolton and Bury, AFG LAW’s dedication to providing effective, friendly, and high-quality legal services has enabled them to become of the area’s most highly respected and successful firms, winning several awards for customer excellence and employee engagement.

Matthew Davidson, Head of Finance at AFG LAW, says, “As the contract with our previous managed service provider was coming to an end, we recognised the need for us to build a partnership with a legal sector specialist as we moved forward. It became evident to us that CTS’ comprehensive understanding of our chosen applications, and close relationships with leading legal technology providers, would be truly invaluable to us in achieving our future goals”.

Sales Director of CTS, Aaron Naisbitt explains: “CTS focus only on IT services for law firms and chambers, meaning we understand their needs and cater our services around the unique requirements of legal sector firms and their users. As a legal sector specialist, we work closely with third-party legal software providers and undergo rigorous training, enabling us to deliver the best strategic and technical advice to clients”.

Matthew concludes “From day one, CTS demonstrated their commitment to providing a high level of support to their clients. We are confident that CTS’ Managed Cloud solution will support our firm to move forward from what has been a challenging and uncertain time, and allow us to improve productivity, enable flexibility and mitigate risk. AFG LAW are looking forward to building a strong, collaborative working partnership together.”
