Advanced Legal sustains continued growth with the market leading PCMS

[1]Leading software provider is continuing to experience strong growth in sales of ALB, its leading practice and case management system (PCMS), with 27 firms signing up between July and September 2014.

ALB, the fastest growing PCMS in the market, has been designed to help legal firms increase profitability and productivity by efficiently managing their clients, cases and documents. Some of the latest new customers include Scott Duff & Co, Unsworth Rose and Cooke Painter Ltd Solicitors.

Scott Duff & Co, a Cumbria-based law firm with more than 20 staff across three offices, has chosen to upgrade its PCMS in order to maximise efficiencies and extract the benefits gained from using an integrated software system. The firm is especially keen to use the software to increase efficiency and compliance within its probate and conveyancing departments.

Debbie Stalker, its operations and HR manager, says: “Implementing ALB will allow us to work more efficiently as a firm. The system will enable us to standardise practices, reduce duplication and simplify processes, whilst continuing to offer our customers a consistently high level of service.”

Based in Primrose Hill, north London and specialising in residential and commercial property, Unsworth Rose signed up to a three-year ALB hosted contract to streamline its processes and take advantage of the efficiency savings. The firm, an existing Advanced customer, upgraded to the latest PCMS and included the integrated Conveyancing case app to automate much of its activity.

Rachel Jackson, Unsworth Rose, adds: “ALB, with the integrated Conveyancing case app, will enable us to greatly streamline our processes and aid compliance, becoming an invaluable tool for driving our firm forward.”

Cooke Painter Ltd Solicitors, a long established legal firm with five offices around Bristol, has chosen to migrate from its previous system to ALB in order to benefit from integrated workflow with the Conveyancing case app. The firm is looking to utilise these tools to aid compliance and reduce risk by standardising processes.

Practice manager Paul Mason explains: “Working with Advanced to implement ALB will provide us with the tools we need to ensure that cases are progressed and managed efficiently and with increasing consistency across the firm, minimising risk and increasing productivity.”

Doug Hargrove, managing director of Advanced Legal, comments: “The continued growth of ALB as the PCMS of choice for legal firms shows that our clients are recognising the value of a solution that can deliver real benefits and has the flexibility to be tailored to exactly reflect the needs of the firm. Advanced works with firms of all sizes by helping to streamline processes and increase efficiency.”
