[1]It is three years since the SRA began accepting ABS applications and approximately 300 licences have now been granted. With this in mind, here in Compli [2] we thought it would be an opportune time to look back over this period at what the profession has learnt since the genesis of ABSs and share some practical advice on preparing ABS applications.
On 12 March at our Manchester (Piccadilly Place) office we will be hosting a seminar entitled “ABSs: three years on”. As well as top tips from one of our consultants on how to approach the application process, insight will be offered by guest speakers including the COLP of an existing ABS and professional indemnity insurance brokers.
